Has anxiety caused you to dread things that you know you really love? Sometimes the act of performing can both thrill and terrify you. That’s where BrainCalm comes in. The course was developed out of many years of my studying the nervous system as it relates to the body and the voice.  My goal for you is to get your nerves out of the way so that you can be the most awesome performer you can be.  We’re going to look at how you breathe, how you move and how you see; all of these things can be contributing your anxiety, and fixing them can provide immediate relief.  I hope you enjoy the course!
