Welcome! This Pre-Game Course is designed to give you a confident, stress-free entry into the Singing Athlete Level One Certification.
Inside, you’ll find short video lessons, slides, and transcripts that walk you through the core anatomy and neuroscience we’ll be using in Level One. Think of this as your warm-up: a way to get familiar with the ideas so they feel clear and exciting when you join the certification.
By the time you arrive at Level One, you’ll already have the foundation in place — which means you can focus fully on learning, practicing, and applying the drills that will transform your teaching and singing.
You’ll see six short tests here in the Pre-Game Course—one for each session. They’re a way to check your understanding of the key concepts we’ll use in Level One. You can take them as you go or complete them after the live training; just be sure to finish all six by your cohort’s certification deadline.
Completing the tests is required to receive your Level One certificate and to be listed on the Singing Athlete™ website. Think of them as a simple, open-book way to reinforce the material before and after the course.
