The Singing Athlete™ Training Library

Explore our full ecosystem of self-paced courses — designed to strengthen your voice through neuroscience and athletic principles.

HOW THE SINGING ATHLETE™ TRAINING WORKS

The Singing Athlete™ blends neuroscience and athletic drills with vocal technique so that you don’t just sing better, you move and train like a singing athlete. In the classes here, you will combine functional movement, nervous-system strategies, and voice-specific drills to build a resilient, high-performing voice from the inside-out.

  • Movement-based voice training — courses like Bands & Benches and Muscle Mapper teach you the body- and movement-foundations that support strong vocal performance.

  • Neuroscience and nervous-system work — tools found in courses such as De-Swell Your Cords can save you when your voice isn’t at its best and you still need to perform.

  • Drills organized by function — whether it’s Midline Mastery for core and stability, 30-Day Vocalise Challenge for daily habit building, or Do-Re-Mi Vocal Gym for training your musicianship, each module has a clear purpose and progression.

  • Options for singers vs teachers/coaches — whether you’re training your own voice or looking to apply these methods in your studio, our library offers pathways for both performers and educators.

NOT SURE WHERE TO START?

With so many ways into The Singing Athlete™ system, it’s normal to feel unsure where to begin.

Most singers start with a course that directly trains their own instrument and coordination, while teachers and coaches often begin with a program that builds assessment skills and application tools they can use with students. The key is starting where your primary goal sits right now: personal voice development or professional application.

If you are a singer working on your own voice, start with…

  • Midline Mastery – if you want more stability, control, and coordination to have a steadier vocal quality.

  • 30-Day Vocalise Challenge – if you need consistency and daily structure to rebuild habits and momentum.

  • De-Swell Your Cords – if you’re recovering from overuse, irritation, or vocal fatigue and need a reset.

  • Do-Re-Mi Vocal Gym – if you’re working on developing your musicianship, intonation, or retention of lyrics.

If you are a voice teacher or coach, start with…

  • Muscle Mapper – to understand and apply the whole-body muscular systems behind efficient singing.

  • Bands & Benches – for a structured path through movement drills you can incorporate into your studio.

  • Level One Certification – if your goal is to fully adopt The Singing Athlete™ framework in your teaching practice. Learn about the certification here.

FAQs

Do I need any prior training to start these courses?

No. The Singing Athlete™ courses are designed for a wide range of singers and teachers — from those just beginning their training journey to experienced professionals. Each course clearly states its level and focus so you can choose the best entry point for your background and goals.

Are these courses for singers, teachers, or both?

Both. Many courses (like Midline Mastery, Do-Re-Mi Vocal Gym, and the 30-Day Vocalise Challenge) are ideal for singers working on their own voice. Others (like Muscle Mapper, Bands & Benches, and the  Certification Program) are designed with voice teachers and coaches in mind — though singers often take them too.

Do I need special equipment?

Most courses require no equipment. A couple of them (Midline Mastery and Bands and Benches) use simple, affordable tools such as resistance bands and basic home fitness accessories. Each course page includes a specific equipment list so you know exactly what’s needed before you begin.

How long do I have access to the courses?

You’ll receive lifetime access to each course you purchase, allowing you to revisit lessons, drills, and recordings whenever you need to reinforce your training.

Can I use these methods with my own students or clients?

Yes. If you’re a voice teacher or coach, many courses are specifically structured to help you apply The Singing Athlete™ techniques in your own studio. For full professional application and certification, we recommend starting with the Level One Certification.

Will these courses help if I’m experiencing vocal fatigue or tension?

Yes — especially courses like De-Swell Your Cords, which focus on reducing vocal swelling, tension, and overload through lymphatic drills.

Can I take multiple courses at the same time?

You can, but we typically recommend focusing on one course at a time so your nervous system and body can integrate the work fully. Many singers run a main course alongside a lighter daily practice like the 30-Day Vocalise Challenge.

What if I want to take more than one course? Are there package deals?

Yes. If you know you want to dive deeper into a specific area of training, we’ve created two focused course bundles to make that easier and more cost-effective:
