30 Day Vocalise Challenge

Are you ready for a challenge?

Staying motivated to practice is a huge part of making vocal progress. That’s why I’m very excited to have you join me for the next 30 days.  This 30 Day Vocalise Challenge is going to give you new tools to boost your singing skills and make your technique time more fun and informative.

Before we get started, I want to take a moment to define what a vocalise is. It’s a vocal exercise that follows a melodic scale pattern through different keys and ranges.  The reason we singers do them is that, by controlling the figures and combinations we use, we are able to work on our vocal technique more effectively than just singing songs.  The words of songs are not always conducive to optimal vocal function, so vocalises serve as a way for you to safely extend your vocal range and make sure you are ready for the demands that songs will place upon your voice.

I’ve divided the course into ten units, based on different elements of achieving excellent vocal technique. Each unit has three exercises for you to learn.

Being better at practicing means knowing how you respond to expectations; before you begin the first unit, I recommend that you take my free quiz, “What’s My Performing Personality?” to discover more about how you can build new habits for yourself most successfully.

Every section will start with a video intro, and then we’ll dive into singing. I hope you enjoy the course, and you can contact me at st****@**********ne.com with any questions.  Let’s sing!
