What’s My Performing Personality?

In the concluding chapter of the book, I gave you a list of ten strategies to keep up the new habits you’ve discovered in the book. A lot this comes down to how you respond to expectations, both from others and from within. I created a quiz called “What’s My Performing Personality?” to help you get a better sense of what you need to make progress.

I based the quiz on the work of Gretchen Rubin and her book Better Than Before.
